Sam Shan was born in Yantai, Shandong. His breadth of experiences in team leading and management come from decades of cross- industry investments in China and Australia. He founded EWE Group in 2010 in Australia and EWE has gradually established important standards in the modern Australia-China logistics management system by leveraging EWE group’s expertise in the logistics industrial chain management. EWE Group undertook the first eBay overseas warehouse in 2013 and has developed and maintained long-term strategic partnership with Alibaba, Jingdong, Woolworths, DHL, Australia Post, TOLL and other well-known companies. EWE Group forges ahead and invests into a selected range of other industries. With ChaFTA taken into force, Sam co-founded the ACECA which is a rally point of leading enterprises and industrialist and successfully hosted The 1st Australia-China Cross-Border E-Commerce Forum and Exhibition, establishing a platform for win-win cooperation between Australian enterprises and Chinese cross-border e-business. Soon afterwards Sam co-founded ASGBA, an ally of entrepreneurs from Shandong, providing a selective platform for its members to develop business cooperation between Australia and China.
